Add Notes to a User Account

Store important information about users in notes.

Step by Step

1. Go to the ‘Team’ page of the web app as a ‘System Admin’ or ‘Team Leader’.
2. Click on the user account you would like to add notes to.

3. Use the ‘Notes’ text box to add notes.


4. Click ‘Save User’
