Copy the link to a space, folder, or file in the web app for yourself or others to open.
WARNING
Users need to have permission to access the item in order to resolve the link.
Right Click
- Go to the Spaces page of the web app.
- Navigate to the space, folder, or file you want to copy the link for.
- Right click and select the ‘Copy Link’ action.
- The link to that item in the web app will be copied to your clipboard.
Breadcrumbs
- Go to the Spaces page of the web app.
- Navigate to the space, folder, or file you want to copy the link for.
- In the top menu bar, hover over the last item listed in the breadcrumbs to reveal a ‘Link’ icon.
- Click on the ‘Link’ icon to copy the web app link to your clipboard.
Inspector
The Inspector is only available for files and RED clips.
- Go to the Spaces page of the web app.
- Navigate to the file or asset that you want to copy the link for.
- Right click and select the ‘Copy Link’ action.
- The link to that item in the web app will be copied to your clipboard.
