Sometime you just need to refresh the app. This can be done using the keyboard shortcut ‘Cmd+Shift+R’ (MacOS) or ‘Ctrl+Shift+R’ (Windows).
WARNING
Refreshing the desktop app will interrupt any ongoing processes, such as active uploads and downloads, also known as transfers.
