Schedule Snapshots

Protect the contents of a space from accidental deletion or modification, by taking regular, periodic snapshots.

Click the next to the space you would like to schedule snapshots for.

Use to enter a name for your snapshot.

Use to select how long you would like your snapshot to remain on the node.

TIP

Keep in mind that snapshots keep a copy of deleted files available in case you want to restore them, so the longer you keep a snapshot, and the more files you delete, the more space the snapshot will occupy.

WARNING

After the snapshot expires, its contents will be deleted permanently.

Use to enter a name for the scheduled snapshot task. This name will show up in the scheduled tasks modal.

Use to select how often you would like to take a snapshot.

TIP

More frequent snapshots tend to take up more space over time.
